All bookings are confirmed upon successful payment. Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely via Stripe.
Minimum age is 12 years. Youth participants (12–17) must be accompanied by at least one adult. All participants must be able to ride a bicycle independently.
Helmets are provided and must be worn at all times during the tour. Participants must follow the guide's instructions and obey traffic laws. Friends on Bikes reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Friends on Bikes carries public liability insurance. Participants cycle at their own risk. We are not liable for personal injury or loss of belongings except where caused by our negligence.
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation Policy. Where we cancel a tour, you'll always receive a full refund or a free reschedule.
